Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations due to injury, illness, or disability
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques
• Work to restore patient function, manage pain, and improve overall quality of life
• Collaborate with patients and their families to establish meaningful, goal-oriented care plans
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies to support long-term health

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required
• Active Texas PT license or compact license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered, individualized rehabilitative care
