Now hiring Skilled Technician, proficient in tile setting, wood trim, tape, bed, texture, and painting. Job performance includes shower pan and tile installation, sheet rock patch repair, trim cut and install, caulk and painting. Must have vehicle and tools. $25.00 per hour draw toward 1.00 per Sq. ft per finish. We are seeking a Finishes Expert to join our team. You will be traveling to a variety of different job sites to install wall boards, tape, bed, texture, paint, and set tile and stone for customers. You will be measuring the area, marking all surfaces, determining the best layout to achieve the desired finishes, TBT& Paint, and setting tiles appropriately using straightedges, levels, and squares. The ideal candidate has previous tile or construction experience, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities English and Spanish skills preferred Proficient TBT and patch ability is a must Measure and evaluate the area for tile to determine the appropriate placement and size Work with customers to help their vision for a space come to life, including recommending tiles, spacing, sizes, and designs Mark and prepare tile surface, mix grout, and lay tiles with an eye for design and proper spacing Maintain a clean, safe work environment, following all standard safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Strong eye for design Strong customer service skills The ability to meet deadlines and work well in new and changing environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Choice Construction Services
