Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance available day one of employment 401(k) retirement savings plan with immediate vesting of company match and core contributions Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Paid parental leave Adoption assistance Flexible Spending Accounts (medical, dependent daycare) Health Savings Account Life Insurance (AD&D), Supplemental AD&D Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Responsibilities: Maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate leadership in all company and industry safety processes to prevent injuries; ensure accurate documentation of safety‑related activities Report all safety and environmental incidents and near misses occurring on site Follow lockout/tagout procedures and actively participate in issuing safe work permits for maintenance tasks Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and calibrate electronic and digital process control equipment, including loop equipment, low‑voltage systems, and control circuitry (e.g., pressure, temperature, level, and flow instrumentation; pneumatic controls; analyzers; solenoids; limit and proximity switches) Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, single‑line electrical drawings, ladder logic, and wiring schematics Use test and calibration equipment such as pneumatic, RTD, mA, and thermocouple calibrators, as well as digital/analog multimeters, meggers, and laptops for equipment communication Use computerized systems to enter and retrieve data Troubleshoot and repair Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), either independently or in coordination with engineers and system experts Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required A two-year Associate degree in instrumentation technology or a related technical field is preferred, and/or at least three years of experience as an Instrumentation Maintenance Technician in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment Detail‑oriented with the ability to accurately document information Strong troubleshooting and fault isolation skills Familiarity with maintenance management systems and basic office software This is a safety‑sensitive position.
