Marketing Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and consistency in marketing and sales enablement materials, preparing for industry conferences, and general product marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, and a proactive and analytical mindset to support our growing marketing and branding initiatives.

• Maintain and update client-facing marketing materials including brochures, presentations, factsheets, emails, and digital assets
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Investment and Compliance Teams to develop compelling pitchbooks and client presentations
• Proactive partnership with legal/compliance; utilizing a working knowledge of the SEC Marketing Rule to ensure alignment, consistency and regulatory adherence
• Prepare and distribute performance materials for investors; managing the update cycles
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all marketing assets
• Monitor media coverage and maintain press lists for targeted outreach, as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity
• Strong writing, editing, and content management skills
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Well organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy

The salary range for this role will be between $125,000 and $200,000 per year. This position is onsite located in New York, NY. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and other benefits eligible to employees. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
