FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Position Details We are hiring immediately for full‑time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions. Location: Texas Health HEB - 1600 Hospital Parkway, Bedford, TX 76022. Online applications accepted only. Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Job Summary Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment. Essential Functions Maintains knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and uses proper procedures for hard‑floor care, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment. Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas. Uses proper procedures for carpet and upholstery care, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc. Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required. Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
