Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant

A community-owned, nonprofit healthcare system is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support Emergency Departments, hospital services, and clinics across Fergus Falls and Elbow Lake, Minnesota.

opportunity Support EDs, hospital services, clinics, and a walk-in clinic across the enterprise Sole coverage in one rural ED with Avera tele-support currently in place ED volume averages 3 4 patient encounters per shift Average ED acuity of 3.5 on the 1 5 ESI scale Support hospitalist team with inpatient, swing bed, and observation care as needed Provide consistent, flexible ED and walk-in clinic coverage EPIC EMR Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications: NP or PA-C from an accredited institution Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care APP experience ACLS certification Active Minnesota medical license and DEA upon hire Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Compensation: Guaranteed base salary starting at
