Sprinkler Construction Superintendent- Data CentersWe are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Construction Superintendent to oversee our Data Center construction projects. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience in construction management -Sprinkler side1+ years of Data Center projects, overseeing scope of work and phasesStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyResponsibilities:Assist Project Managers in all aspects of the construction process, from planning to completionManage all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendorsEnsure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsAssist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and other project documentationEnsure that all construction projects are completed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsManage all field personnel for scheduling, training, and safety compliance.Skills:Procore, Power BI and Bluebeam exposure is a plusStaffing manpower and scheduling material experience3+ years of Supervisor experience over multiple sitesKnowledge:High school diploma or GED is requiredPhysical Requirements:80% on project site, client-facing20% Office Setting, including sitting, some bending, walking and viewingSome projects will be located out of city or state and applicants must be flexible to TRAVEL, hotel lodging and commuting in a company vehicleDrug Test, Background Check and Driver's License required.
