Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with school-aged children in middle or elementary settings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP documentation and implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with varying speech and language needs
• Manage a middle school caseload (Position 1) or provide services to two elementary sites (Position 2)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and track individualized education goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
