RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our residential team in Middleton, MA.

Who We Are:

RFK Community Alliance is dedicated to transforming the lives of youth, families, and communities by providing trauma-informed care and support services. We are seeking passionate, committed individuals to join our DYS (Department of Youth Services) Secure Treatment Program. This program provides a structured, therapeutic environment for youth who require secure care.

You will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and supervision of youth. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters personal growth and positive behavioral change. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people by guiding them toward healthier decision-making and future success.

The ideal candidate will build positive, trusting relationships with youth, grounded in mutual respect, and be skilled in using de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies when needed. You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that guide youth toward personal growth and healthier decision-making.

Who You Are
We believe that the desire to help and support others is the most crucial qualification for this role. That's why we provide full training for all new DSPs, ensuring you have all the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in this position. Whether you have a background in human services or are looking to step into this field for the first time, if you have a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you!

• Must have a High School Diploma, be at least 21 years old. Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Shifts:

• Day shifts available: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Evening shifts available: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• Night Awake shifts available 11:00pm- 8:00am
