Commercial and Technology Transactions Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate with over five years of experience to join its Commercial and Technology Transactions team in Atlanta, Georgia. The role involves working on complex domestic and international transactions, focusing on global data privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. Duties Handle complex commercial and technology transactions, including SaaS and XaaS arrangements. Advise on AI and Generative AI technology deployment and regulation. Manage multiple deals simultaneously. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transactions and commercial matters. Requirements 5+ years of transactional experience at a law firm. Experience with IT outsourcing, technology licensing, and cloud services agreements. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Georgia or eligibility for admission. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
