Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through interviews and standardized screening tools to identify clients' needs and tailor appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that cater specifically to the unique goals and challenges of each client, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare specialists to ensure comprehensive care, facilitating referrals when necessary.
• Engage with clients' families, offering guidance and support to enhance their recovery journey and strengthen family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients to create a safe therapeutic space.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Prior experience with a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and additional certifications.
