Supply Planning Lead-Cosmetics

The Supply Planning Lead will play a key role in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and aligning supply chain processes within the cosmetics industry. Description As the Supply Planning Lead you will develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and align supply chain operations. Monitor and analyze supply performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while maintaining service levels. Generate and present reports on supply chain metrics and performance to senior management. Support procurement activities, including supplier selection and relationship management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all supply chain processes. This role is hybrid on site two days a week in Culver City, CA.
