Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining project continuity and achieving successful outcomes.Requirements7-to-10 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractorDegree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldStrong understanding of building systems, specifically structural and exterior envelopesProficient in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost management, and procurementDeep understanding of project delivery types, the design process, risk management, and warrantyProven leader of project teams and field operations, client advocacy, and subcontractor managementExcellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-qualityAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently, hold teams accountable, and teach/mentorProficiency in using Microsoft365 including Teams, OneNote, Project, Outlook, Excel, and WordPreferencesLEED®, Lean, ICRA, DBIA, or other industry-related credentials and certificationsExperience in healthcare, life science, veterinary, and dental sectorsPreferred knowledge of AutoDesk, BlueBeam Revu, and job cost accounting programsIf you are ready to take your career to the next level and thrive in a dynamic environment, apply now and become an integral part of our team!
