Job Description:

Education highly preferred - high school diploma or GED. Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM; Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM (as needed). Notes from hiring manager for ideal candidate: Must have a high mechanical aptitude. Must be skilled in manufacturing and assembly. Must be skilled in hydraulics. Must be skilled in electronics. Must be able to read and interpret drawings. Must have troubleshooting ability. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have the ability to work in all environments (including non-climate controlled facilities). Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal). All interviews will be conducted in person before an offer is extended.

Job Responsibilities: (Applies to all levels)

• Repair and/or rebuild NOV equipment at the Fort Worth facility
• Perform assembly and disassembly of oilfield equipment
• Conduct pre-testing and assist with final testing of equipment
• Inspect components for wear, damage, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all NOV policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
• Complete required documentation and inspection records
• Perform other duties as assigned

All openings will be for Level 2.

Level Guidelines:

Submit your candidates according to the pay range listed below:

• Level 2 (Intermediate) - $15.00-$34.99 per hour
• Performs equipment repair, rebuild, and inspection tasks with minimal guidance
• Independently pre-tests, disassembles, and inspects oilfield equipment
• Identifies wear, damage, and required repairs using established procedures
• Exercises sound judgment in routine troubleshooting
• 2+ years of heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience
• 2+ years of hydraulic experience

Skills and experience required (all levels):

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with hydraulic systems and heavy equipment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, stand, and/or sit for 8 hours
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
