Job Summary: Lead capital planning and infrastructure projects across a multi hospital health system. Support long term facility strategy and ensure critical systems are maintained and upgraded. Responsibilities: Lead capital planning and infrastructure replacement strategy Perform equipment condition assessments and support capital planning Develop project scope schedules and budgets Coordinate with facility leaders across multiple sites Manage project lifecycle including planning bidding and closeout Lead and support a team of project managers Analyze data to support capital investment decisions Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership Use project management and facility systems for tracking and reporting Coordinate with vendors contractors and internal teams Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred 3 to 5 years project management or facilities experience Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects Strong data analysis and communication skills Ability to present technical information clearly Experience with project management systems preferred Advanced Microsoft Office skills required Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 annually Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO and Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
