Title
Labor & Delivery RN

Schedule
3x12-hour nights

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM
- Key clinical skills:
- Labor & delivery and high-risk antepartum care
- Triage of obstetrical patients
- IUPC placement/calibration
- Assist/circulate/recover for C-section; sterile vaginal exams
- Magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, anticoagulation, antihypertensives
- Central line (CVC/PICC) maintenance
- Isolation precautions/PPE
- Charting experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to patients during labor and delivery.
- Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after delivery.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on the birthing process and postpartum care.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the delivery room.

Compliance / Notes
- Traveler must live at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify.
- Onsite modules during orientation: RN modules average 4-6 hours. Modules are non-billable.
