Purchasing Manager – Waverly / Lincoln / Omaha BasedThe primary responsibility is establishment of proper inventory stocking levels to provide expected services levels to support the business, the replenishment and accurate maintenance of the region’s inventory, in compliance with Matheson’s Preferred Vendor and Private Label programs. Reports to: Inventory Control Manager (ICM). QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. REQUIRED SKILLS: - Selling, negotiating, planning, and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines. - Excellent organizational skills - Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail).
