Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health and drug and alcohol counseling for individuals. This position offers the opportunity to work in an outpatient setting and make a positive impact on the lives of clients.

This is a contracted position, with flexible hours. Services will be offered primarily in person at our office with some ability to provide Telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, families, or groups
- Perform crisis management interventions when necessary
- Complete progress notes and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete intake assessments for new clients
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Offer specialized services in special education settings as needed

Skills:
- Possess a valid license as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Experience working with adults and adolescents in a mental health setting
- Ability to provide effective counseling and support utilizing evidence-based practices
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and crisis management protocols
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Prior experience in a clinical environment is preferred
