Dental Hygienist

Full Time Dental Hygienist $10,000 Welcome Bonus + Benefits! Location: 15680 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005 Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm, Some Fridays Compensation: Bi‑weekly hourly pay, option to opt into Daily Pay, ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in WI and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR Certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care. Clinical experience as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
