About This Role As an RN in the Inpatient Pediatric Rehab unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will provide patient-first healthcare to pediatric patients requiring rehabilitation. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and families with educational materials considering cultural issues. Administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing protocol. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required. Experience: One year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience required. Rehab experience preferred. Pediatric experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year of hire.
