Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on individualized treatment plans and physician orders.
• Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures following hospital policies and best practices.
• Ensure patient safety and well-being by conducting routine rounds and responding to patient needs promptly.
• Offer emotional support and health education to patients and families regarding medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and medical interventions in the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system.

Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in a Med/Surg setting is preferred but not required.
