(Two facilities are only 30minutes from each other) If only interested in one, please call out in email, if interested in both please present them to only ONE of the REQs, it can be the location they are primarily interested in but please call out in presentation they can work at the other location too At time of present please list their full availability, preferences in Shift Length (more info. the better) Example: Jane Doe is available for all of July, August 1st- August 16th and prefers the 6a-3p, 6:30a-3:30p or 8a-5p shifts. And cannot work 10p-6a or 11p-7a. Start - July 2026 Duration 3 months for start Why Open? Gap in coverage Types of Privileges- Hospital Inpatient Setting # of Beds 60 Call- N/A Rounding/Admissions- None Demographics- All population Avg. patients per day 230-270 Required Procedures- Standard ER Required 24mo case logs-Applicant must provide documentation of provision of emergency medicine services during the previous 24 months. Working Solo?- No this is a well staffed department License- Yes required that candidates have OR license at time of presentation Certs- Must have proof they have had the ACLS and ATLS before it does not have to be current EMR- EPIC Schedule Details FTE-2 Duration 3 months Schedule/Shift Hours- Variable This location operates on a number of different shifts: 6a-3p 6:30a-3:30p 8a-5p 10a-7p 12p-9p 2p-11p 4p-1a 6p-3a 8p-4a 10p-6a 11p-7a
