Bank Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, team performance, customer service, compliance, and sales growth. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop branch staff. Oversee daily branch operations, audits, security, and regulatory compliance. Drive deposit growth, sales, referrals, and customer retention. Build and maintain strong consumer and business banking relationships. Resolve complex customer issues and account servicing needs. Monitor branch performance, expenses, and operational quality. Develop community and business relationships to support branch growth. Requirements 7+ years of branch banking experience. 5+ years of branch management experience. 3+ years managing complex business and consumer accounts. Proven sales success and experience growing a branch. Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills. Experience hiring, training, and managing employee performance. Active involvement in local business/community organizations preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking systems. California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance required.
