Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment operations and process improvement. This role combines recruitment administration, stakeholder support, HR systems management, reporting, and project coordination within a busy HR environment. The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay Key Duties Manage recruitment administration, including raising staff requests, preparing adverts, job descriptions and shortlisting packs Advise managers and colleagues on recruitment processes, immigration and employment procedures Maintain recruitment guidance and communications on the intranet Maintain accurate recruitment and personnel records using PeopleXD, Eploy and Microsoft Excel Produce recruitment reports and analyse data using Excel, including PivotTables and PivotCharts Act as a key user for recruitment systems, supporting colleagues and delivering system training Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and automation initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to support successful project delivery Review recruitment processes to ensure compliance, efficiency and best practice Provide support for recruitment activities during busy periods, including application screening and interview coordination Selection Criteria Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Experience providing high-quality customer service Ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders Strong organisational and project coordination skills Excellent analytical skills with confidence using Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools High level of IT literacy and willingness to learn new technologies Ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute to a collaborative team Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to continuous professional development and learning Please be aware that all candidates need to be able to start work immediately and must be able to work on site if required to do so. #J-18808-Ljbffr
