Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join WelbeHealth in La Quinta, California . In this role, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to help participants improve mobility, maximize independence, and enhance overall quality of life.

Working as part of an interdisciplinary care team, you will evaluate participants, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that support functional goals and long-term wellness. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $112,000 to $136,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a senior-focused healthcare environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California Physical Therapist License or proof of eligibility for licensure.
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire preferred; required within 180 days of hire if not already certified.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to support participant care.

• Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with frail, elderly, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, home health, or senior-focused care settings.
• Strong communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
