Schedule 2 Saturdays per month from 8am-12pm. Other days as needed from 7:30am-4pm. Shift PRN; as needed Location 500 REMINGTON BLVD, Bolingbrook, 60440 Role Provides mammography imaging services. Value Operates X-ray equipment and performs various mammography related procedures. Prepares and positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Explains procedures and educates patients about the role of regular mammography in preventive breast health. Develops and evaluates the film for technical quality such as density contrast, definition, and distortion. Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Graduate of a two-years allied health program BCLS – Basic Life Support Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. PRT – Practical Radiology Technician credentialed from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
