The Warehouse Picker will be responsible for efficiently selecting and preparing products for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick and pack customer orders.Inspect items to ensure quality and correctness before packing.Maintain inventory accuracy.Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.Keep workstations clean and organized to uphold safety standards.Communicate with supervisors about stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or order issues.Follow all safety and operational procedures.Benefits: This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.Qualifications:· High School diploma or equivalent.· Prior warehouse or order-picking experience is preferred but not required.· Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs.· Capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.· Accuracy in picking and packing is essential.
