Care Coordination & Utilization Technician

St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart, IN is seeking a full-time UM Technician in Care Coordination. Work hours are 08:00–16:30 with a 80-hour pay period and 1.0 FTE. Responsibilities include assigning admission codes for DRG, coordinating UM physician advisory reviews, and preparing for UM Committee meetings. The role also involves data compilation, statistics monitoring, medical record retrieval, and supporting the Nurse Case Manager with admission and concurrent reviews for certification and LOS #J-18808-Ljbffr Powers-Health
