Dream Home Furniture is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in Waite Park, MN. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a young, ambitious company with a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for customers by helping them find furniture that fits their style, needs, and budget. This role includes customer service, product knowledge, showroom organization, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers select furniture and home décor products
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization
• Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and financing options
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Assist with merchandising and showroom setup

Qualifications & Core Skills:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Self-starter who is motivated and dependable
• Works well in a team environment
• Comfortable talking with customers and building relationships
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
