The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the property's buildings, apartments, grounds, and common areas while providing timely and professional service to residents. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the overall maintenance team. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders and resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of apartments, buildings, mechanical systems, and common areas. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building systems . Prepare apartments for move-ins, including repairs, touch-ups, cleaning coordination, and final inspections. Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation as required. Diagnose maintenance issues and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
