Overview Master Automotive Paint and Body - Sarasota role at Music City Recon . Local company with over 100 years combined experience in the automotive reconditioning industry. Pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr . Tools and equipment are included. We are seeking a qualified and professional Master Automotive Paint and Body individual to join our growing team. Responsibilities Damage assessment and repair planning. Body work. Surface preparation. Painting, sanding, masking, blending and/or polishing finish and retouching as needed. Quality control. Safety compliance. Qualifications Technical Skills: Expertise in body repair techniques, painting methods, and the use of specialized tools and equipment. Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and correct minor flaws and imperfections to ensure a high-quality finish. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and handle heavy parts and equipment, and to work in a standing position for extended periods. Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and address complex repair issues. Customer Service: Ability to communicate with customers about repair needs and provide updates on progress. Work Environment Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals. Time is spent working outside in both hot and cold weather conditions. Must be willing to wear gloves and eye and ear protection.
