We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, conversational Spanish proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, conversational Spanish proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee records.
- Support employee relations and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidential documentation and assist with HR compliance.
- Communicate with employees and management in English and Spanish.
- Provide general administrative support for HR operations.
- Four years of HR experience, a four-year degree in Business or a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Conversational Spanish skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
