Sales Account Executive Cybersecurity Focus Direct Hire Remote within territory | 40-50% local travel by car and up to 20% air travel

Role Overview:

• CHR Solutions is expanding their IT Services and Cybersecurity business and is seeking a driven Sales Account Executive to develop new business opportunities throughout an assigned multi-state territory.
• This individual will focus primarily on acquiring new customers, building relationships with small and mid-sized businesses (20-500 employees), and driving recurring revenue growth through Managed IT and Cybersecurity service offerings.
• The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter with experience selling managed services, cybersecurity solutions, or related technology services. This role offers significant earning potential through an uncapped commission structure tied to recurring revenue contracts.

Job Description:

• Prospect, qualify, and close new Managed IT and Cybersecurity business opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
• Develop and execute territory plans targeting organizations with 20-500 employees
• Follow up on all inbound marketing leads and drive conversion opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Create and present proposals, pricing, Statements of Work, and contract documents
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and sales activity reporting
• Leverage partners, referrals, and networking opportunities to generate revenue
• Attend trade shows, chamber events, and customer meetings throughout the territory
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and leadership teams to drive business growth

Commission Structure:

• Uncapped earnings based on Monthly Recurring Charges (MRC)
• 12-Month Contract = 80% of MRC
• 24-Month Contract = 100% of MRC
• 36-Month Contract = 125% of MRC
