Must-Have: Strict 75-mile radius rule applies. Description: Must be 75 miles from the address on the traveler's driver's license to the facility. Include a copy of the driver's license in the submission email.

Unit has a total of 36 beds.

Certifications: ACLS preferred and BLS required.

Patient ratios: RN/LPN 6:1 and CNA 12:1.

Electronic Medical Record system used is Meditech.

Charge Nurse roles are present. Nurse Aides are available.

Every other weekend shift is required. Holiday shifts are required.

Scrub colors: White tops and hunter green pants.

Telemetry services are available. Nurses will not read strips. No use of vents.

Hospitalist is present 24/7. No IV team is available, but PICC team may be consulted if needed.

Respiratory therapy services are available 24/7.

Shifts are 12 hours long. Floating may occur occasionally.

Floor-specific orientation consists of 3 shifts.

Common diagnoses include CHF, COPD, ESRD, pneumonia, renal failure, sickle cell crisis, orthopedic surgery, bariatric surgery, altered mental status, and sepsis.

Cancellation policy is 12 hours every 2 weeks. BSN is not required. Trauma level is unspecified. Care setting is acute.
