USED CAR SALES MANAGER

Overview We are seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager who will lead our team to increase sales volume, profit, and customer satisfaction. A proven record in these areas is required. This role demands prior automotive sales management experience, leadership of sales representatives, proficiency with CRM software, and knowledge of inventory control. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and able to collaborate closely with the sales team. Responsibilities Manage showroom floor traffic and sales team response. Track daily and monthly sales targets and keep the team goal‑oriented. Act as an ambassador for the store and seek sales and profit with integrity. Maintain consistently high customer satisfaction scores. Prepare data and reports for executive leadership. Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
