Hybrid Sr. Employment Attorney Requirements:

- 6+ years of dedicated employment litigation experience

- A demonstrated history of effectively managing the full practice and lifecycle of complex employment cases, including robust defense in Class Actions and PAGA matters.

- Skilled in taking and defending key depositions, with demonstrated success arguing motions in court.

- Ability to drive initiatives independently while skillfully directing the work and development of junior legal talent.

- Good standing with California bar
