Clinic Intake Coordinator

Clinic Intake Coordinator Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM. The Clinic Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors in the cancer clinic, under direct supervision of the Practice Manager. This role is critical in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient environment while managing administrative tasks that support patient care and clinical operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2–3 years of prior experience in healthcare administration, medical office, or oncology clinic setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sensitivity to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Proficiency in medical scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
