Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist needed to provide one-on-one therapy care for patients in their home setting. Assess a person's condition and develop individualized plans of care to help people reach their goals and maximize mobility and independence. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and colleagues to ensure a person's needs are met. Demonstrate ability to perform standard therapy measurement techniques, including ROM, strength, and balance tests. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to maximize care provided to clients.
