Rehabilitation Therapist

Encompass Health

Encompass Health, a national leader in inpatient rehabilitation, is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital setting. In this role, you’ll assess functional needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide evidence-based physical, occupational, or speech therapy to help patients recover from major illnesses, injuries, and surgeries. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll participate in care conferences, educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.
