As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help capture the people, problem- solving, and craftsmanship behind those projects through proposals, photography, social media, website content, and marketing materials that showcase the impact of our work. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism or equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of marketing, graphic design, or proposal coordination experience in a professional service or B2B environment Strong design portfolio featuring multi-page layouts, brand-consistent creative, and photography samples Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Comfort behind a camera and the curiosity to translate technical work into compelling content Willingness to work full time, in person, in Redding, California #J-18808-Ljbffr PACE Engineering, Inc.
