About the role: You'll support children birth through age 18 in early intervention, clinic-based therapy, or a blend of both. You'll collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team and may supervise a physical therapy assistant (PTA) and fieldwork students.

What you'll do:

• Carry a pediatric caseload (birth–18)
• Complete initial and ongoing evaluations across gross motor, mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and functional skills
• Develop and update treatment plans and documentation
• Partner with therapists across multiple disciplines
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and interns

What you bring:

• Doctorate or master's degree in physical therapy and state licensure (PT)
• Illinois PT license (or license-eligible)
• Early intervention credential preferred
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Valid Illinois driver's license & insurance
