Role Overview We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join our Bridgeport, WV office. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture and eager to grow and lead a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the project design team across all phases of design Prepare original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications Review architectural documents for conflicts across all disciplines Coordinate and integrate architectural design work with other engineering disciplines Apply critical thinking to evaluate, select, and implement design techniques appropriate to each project What You’ll Bring Licensure: NCARB Registered Architect required Experience: Minimum 5 years of related architectural experience Software: Experience with Revit a plus Codes & jurisdictions: Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction Client management: Proficiency managing client, owner, and contractor relationships Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills Leadership: Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Mentorship: Ability to mentor and develop junior staff Work style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Travel: Periodic travel to project sites required Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; company-paid short- and long-term disability; 401(k) matching; paid time off; and tuition assistance.
