Job Summary We are seeking an Entry Level Sales/Recruiting professional for a direct hire opportunity in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village, CA area. Key Responsibilities Conduct high‑volume phone outreach to prospective clients and candidates. Generate interest, qualify opportunities, and identify potential matches for the sales and recruiting team. Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team members. Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression with every contact. Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment. Support recruiting and sales activity through strong communication, organization, and persistence. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $18 to $22 per hour. Commission opportunity included. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Direct hire opportunity. Paid training and professional development provided.
