Assistant Manager & Management Trainee – Lead a Team and Grow Your Career

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations
• Lead and train team members to provide outstanding customer service
• Help hire and onboard new employees
• Manage labor and operational efficiency
• Oversee upkeep of the store and grounds
• Participate in light maintenance as needed
• Work sidebyside with team members to ensure smooth operations

This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll lead by example while staying active and engaged in all aspects of store operations.

Pay & Incentives:
• Starting pay: $14$18/hour (based on experience)
• With incentives and performance commissions, annual earnings typically range $36,000$46,000
• Training and support provided to help you succeed

Who We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and pride in quality work
• Prior management experience is a plus, but recent college grads with drive are welcome
• Experience in fast food or retail management can be helpful
