Sr Manager Practice

Job Title Responsible for overall direction, utilization, supervision, and instruction of professional and supportive personnel. Primary duties are policy making, planning, staffing, directing or controlling the activities and operations. Assists with the development, implementation and monitoring of all programs, policies and procedures, maintaining adequate qualified and competent personnel, adequate supplies and equipment to ensure a high degree of quality patient care and service. IDX experience preferred. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. Special Requirements Excellent organizational, written verbal communication and leadership skills. Must know the principles and practices of business/medical administration, management and accounting Must communicate effectively and clearly verbally and in writing.
