Total Rewards Analyst

Supporting the design and analysis of compensation and benefits programs, the full-time Total Rewards Analyst will work remotely to enhance employee engagement and business performance through data-driven insights and program administration. Key responsibilities Lead analysis and administration of total rewards programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance Support the design and rollout of compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition programs aligned with business strategy Conduct benchmarking and financial modeling to inform program decisions and continuous improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, equity, or total rewards analysis Education in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar) Interest in using AI and analytics to enhance reporting and program efficiency Excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders
