Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact this summer by providing vital physical therapy services to students during their Extended School Year (ESY) program! This contract opportunity is perfect for a physical therapist passionate about helping young learners develop important motor and functional skills in a supportive school setting.

This position is based near Milwaukee, WI and requires working two days per week, aligning with the current ESY schedule. The summer session runs from June 15th through July 17th, with program hours scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Wisconsin
• Experience providing PT services in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Work closely with educational teams, families, and other specialists
• Employ creative strategies to motivate and engage students during sessions
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ESY program planning
