Agentic Marketing Operations Manager

Skai is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to lead automation and operational excellence in the global demand generation function. Responsibilities Redesign workflows with AI and automation. Manage multi-channel campaigns. Own campaign infrastructure and data integrity. Drive performance and pipeline accountability. Workflow automation. Campaign execution. Data flow design. Budget management. Cross-functional coordination. Requirements 5+ years in B2B demand generation or marketing operations in SaaS. Experience with AI GTM tools like Clay and HockeyStack. Strong skills in marketing automation platforms, CRM, reporting tools, and project management. The position is full-time, hybrid (three days in office), based in Chicago, Illinois, with a salary range $100,000 to $110,000 plus bonus eligibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr
