Summary The Logistics Specialist work closely with suppliers, transportation partners, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, streamline logistics processes, and support overall warehouse efficiency. This position reports to the Director of Logistics, or another management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate. This position is In-Office based out of the Cartersville office 5 days a week and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 20%. Essential Job Function & Responsibilities To manage and monitor inbound from the factory To manage and monitor outbound shipments to the customer To manage and monitor inventories for all inbound and outbound operations To report any incidents at the warehouse to supervisor in timely manner to be resolved To arrange delivery schedule according to the customer's requirements and work with warehouse Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position. Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by Management Required Qualifications High School/GED 0-2 years of experience within warehouse, logistics, or related scope if any.
