Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Insurance Reviewer II will manage phone communications, process insurance vouchers and claims, and analyze billing edits to secure payments from third-party payors. Key responsibilities Handle phone calls and messages related to designated insurance areas Review and process insurance vouchers, rebilling charges, and adjustments as needed Analyze and process claims and billing edits to ensure accurate payment and registration Required qualifications High School graduate or GED required Previous experience in a medical billing office required Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred Familiarity with CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred Computer, typing, and calculator skills required
